Going from PhoneGap to HTMLAppHostFramework

there are a couple of issues going between PhoneGap and the HTMLAppHostFramework, one dealing with CSS and other html layout which turns out to be related to the fact that iphone and android are based on webkit for the underlying html rendering vs the IE rendering engine however with some careful CSS magic it is possible to over come this w/o using two style sheets betten the phone gap versions and the HTMLAppHostFramework.  The most blaring issue is the fact that the framework API's are different.  PhoneGap and the HTMLAppHostFramework are best abstracted via an API call javascript file that you use.  In one of the apps that uses this framework as well as phonegap this has worked well.
